Righteous Creed
In shadows deep, where darkness lies,
The righteous tread, with heavy sighs.
They face the selfish, and evil's might,
Their noble hearts, a beacon of light.
Blessed is he, in charity's name,
Whose good will burns, a steadfast flame.
A shepherd true, to the weak and lost,
Through valleys grim, his love embossed.
He tends the flock, the lost children he finds,
With gentle hands and words so kind.
For in his care, they find their way,
Guided by love, in darkest day.
Beset on all sides, these righteous souls,
Inequities surround, like swirling shoals.
Yet they endure, with steadfast might,
Defending what's just, in truth's pure sight.
Brother's keeper, they proudly stand,
Extending grace, a helping hand.
In the face of evil, they remain bold,
With hearts of gold, their stories unfold.
