A quest to find the light for you
(because you said you’re in the dark) --
there’s little else that I can do,
so maybe I can share a spark.

Encouragement through silly stuff
(a quest to find the light for you) --
I know it isn’t quite enough;
perhaps it still might help you through.

I hate to see you feeling blue,
so every beam I will collect.
A quest to find the light for you,
and share it next time we connect.

To find the joy among life’s flaws—
it’s been a challenge for me too.
