Prophecy of Light and Dark

A pact with darkness, a fallen has sworn
From blood and magic her Heart has been born
Lies and lies will hide the prize
The weapon of darkness' great surprise
When the Warrior's prophecy is full complete
This ancient evil will be raised from his sleep
All the land will hear his great voice
And all who are marked will come, they have no choice
Shadows will walk where once there were none
Despair will grow and have its fun
The heart will be carried in noble hands
Across the seas of tragedies
Brought to be immersed in history's ladle
Born to die is the heart in ice-land's cradle

Wars will bloom as history is repeated
What choice shall be chosen, who will be defeated?
With sacrifice at the cradle – good or evil, light or dark
The past and future will finally show
To the wounded the secret the heart must know
That the truth will be spoken to flame the lies
And darkness, will be wrapped up and clothed as the light
With the power of nobleness, than who shall be free?
The freedom of choice lays the key

And only hope can show suffering -
Chains can teach the soul to sing
Light can be served by the shadows of night
And none can walk un-stumbling without the light
Pain and suffering will grow wings and take flight
So will you choose to stand against evil's plight?
Like the light of the fire in the night sky
