The Traveller.

Tramp the open road
come walk with me
by breeze,bristle,berry or branch
we will find a path which calls to us.
Those small steps will lay a path
for us to tread into the vista.
treasure this footfall fancy
setting off on a Flaneur
Gait of gluttonous indulging eyescan.
Do you depart from me on this journey?
Let us cross lanes and come in each others way again,
once more unexpectedly.
Else your trickling of the tongue was shadely jestering of myself like ships in the night.
How much more richly enchanting is this sauntering
than the indoor stay of booklearning
becoming active citizen of goings and comings
of street corners and passerby happenings.
Worldly wise aged ones take the pavement at a pace
slower than my chase in this worldly race.
The bend of my toe is more than all the guide I need.
A sign designed to cramp my relished ramble ,Encumber me no more,Impoverished carving and walling
of the map plots.
With defiant brow,I destine myself to work towards the seeked goal.
Stomp down the weeds, the brambles, the thorny obstructs of excluded passage.
I am born for travelling always and pick which suits my whimsical fancy.
Alight and carry your train of thought on your back but ever look forward and with gaiety of spirit.
