Thinking of another definition of smoking, she may have been smoking as a result of the friction generated by passion! (I was thinking just then of a joke - Boy tells Dad he was punished at school because "the boy next to me was smoking". Asked why his son got punished, son answers "I set him on fire!")

Odd thought. So she is smoking after the pleasure and relaxing or just waiting (for your head to clear)and anticipating?
