Spheres of Light

radiating spheres of light
floating, drifting by
softly glowing so we might
see them in the sky

moving as a flock they swerve
synchronized in flight
soaring, diving, every curve
sparkling in the light

from radiating spheres of light
around both you and me
and everyone that is in sight
each conscious entity

rising with the morning sun
then drifting here and there
intermingling to become
beings breathing air -

every day and every night
hovering like bees
radiating spheres of light,
are conscious entities

floating in the atmosphere
drifting in the wind
spheres of light are always near
on this world we're in..
