Your Martyrdom Goes Unnoticed
You ask me these questions, like I'm the one to answer
You ask me to do these things, like I should know how to do them
You tell me these things, like you're the one to always be right
And you pretend to listen to me, like you really care what I think or say
You tell me that your world is crashing down upon you
Like I'm supposed to come help save you
And you let me know that the world is coming to its end
Well' all I have to say now is it's just not soon enough
Goddamn these mixed feelings, that come and go all the time
Why you gotta go and get yourself into
More trouble than you're worth
You got your head up, in those clouds so high
And I don't know, if you're ever coming back
And you got your head up, so far in those black skies
And I now know, that you're never coming home
Cause I'm still just waiting here for you
And you never came back home for me to tell you
How much I love...
