I really enjoyed this poem. I also found myself nodding in agreement with these sentiments. I won’t lie, I was completely distracted by the photo (in a good way)😊 Great message in the piece. H🌷

Hahaha, just kidding, I also found lots to think about and agree with in these lines. Very succinct. And motivates me to get this body back to the gym. 💪😎

Desire is a powerful force.
You captured that so incredibly here...
It drives us, in love for another,
in the other things we love, in life,
in bettering ourselves.
The heart driving the mind.
The mind driving the heart.
And the body containing it all.
It's how we interact with the world.
Expressing that intense desire and passion.
For life.... Love this Naajir.

And love the gym, that's me time. :)

When honing one aspect, it can help the others you've highlighted to fall easier into place. Mind, body and soul working together to achieve a level of true enlightenment and an opportunity to really understand one's heart's desire....
