Absolution

Spirit came to me.

Searched my heart in absolution.

Scribbled words upon my humanity.

Didn’t ask anything in return.

I know I’m in need.

There is indifference in the cavern of my soul.

So I ask,

Please loving Spirit open me patiently.

Pour your soul into my soul.

Penetrate me with truth.

Allow me ease of remembrance of you in my dreams.

The comfort you afford strengthens my resolve as we become replete.
