not because they hurt
but because I'm sensitive

self protective
and willing to do
almost anything for you
even stand exposed
naked
wildly unsure
how you'll treat me next
physically
emotionally

I'm divinely exploitable
and that's your goal
you torment my flesh
and mine my soul
you sow deep emotions
poised to blossom into bliss
then you yank them out
with your strong fist

wilting inside
is not the greatest fear
