Lay the motto "tamquam explorator"
Next to Roddy McDowall's nerdy looks
As a villainous literary conservator.
Oh do not think this link has gone too far
For erudition is an ageless thing
And library contents can be bizarre
When you add what an internet may bring.
That's not bad for a television brat
And l must justify myself somehow,
So why not by way of rambling scat
That combines the lower with the higher brow?
