Love Stole
Love stole all my diamond dreams,
And threw them back at me.
Shattered them and scattered them,
For each and all to see.
But I shall not shed a tear,
And I'll never hang my head.
I pitied Love and walked on,
For I'll dream new dreams I said.

Thanks Relic for your inspiring and uplifting words and that what this is about, strength through adversity to uplift people enough to move on.

As is well known, all problems contain the seeds of a solution - the trick is to find those seeds and cultivate them :))
What's that saying?..."An ending is only the start of a new beginning"... cheesy and hokey but true. It's brave and often extremely difficult to start again. However It definitely proves one's own mettle.
This poem is a powerhouse of emotional revelation. I deeply appreciate you sharing it's truth, which resonates far too well.

Love can indeed be a bandit.
Stealing all of the diamonds at times.
And while they may be scattered.
You will gather them again.
Possibly not in the same order.
But still shining brightly.
For all to see, but mostly for two.
And when you share them it's beautiful.
She will hold them in her hands too.
Cherishing and sharing in each one.
Handing you rubies and sapphires too.
There will always be new dreams.
Walking on you will find them.
