Its hard for me to understand
The truth or my destiny
I continue to think
My mind is my recipe

But torn between two sides
Never truly whole
Like two personalities
But interlinking souls

I'm a mystery
Even to myself
Unsure of who I am
Unsure of what will help

I get lost in the meaning
I struggle just to live
Alone in my thoughts
I'm alone on a grid

Wishing for purpose
I look for direction
Needing some answers
This test, one correction

Locked in a safe
This treasure is near
But without a way in
The truth isn't clear

I scour the globe
Yearning for light
A place to call home
But nothings in sight

So instead i travel alone
With no idea of what to do
Waiting for a sign
For the truth i never knew
