The American Right To Life Act (Humanity Act)

Termination of pregnancy is now a crime punishable by death for the mother and all parties involved.

To fill the gaps created by this law, we propose the following:

All humans have certain inalienable rights
including reasonable:

housing
food
clothing
health care (physical, behavioral and spiritual)
education
and entertainment

Protected Pregnancy Clause (PPC)
Protected Child Clause (PCC)
Protected Human Amendment (PHA)

Protected Pregnancy Clause (PPC)

every confirmed Pregnancy
(defined as mother and fetus)
deserves safety and security

at the moment of diagnosis
the Pregnancy
becomes a ward of the state

during the period of confinement
(defined as moment of diagnosis until birth)

all needs of the Pregnancy
will be provided including but not limited to:

housing
food
clothing
health care (physical, behavioral and spiritual)
education
transportation
and entertainment

funding will be provided by
the Protected Human Tax
(see United States Tax Code)

every Child
(defined as the human
from moment of birth to moment of death)
deserves safety and security

at the time of birth the mother has three options:

1) raise the Child
2) enroll the Child into adoption
3) enter them into the Protected Child Program (PCC)

at the moment of entry into
the PCC
the Child becomes a ward of the state

during the period of development
(defined as moment of entry into PCC
until  the legal age of consent)

all needs of the child will be provided
including but not limited to:

housing food clothing
health care (physical, behavioral and spiritual)
education
transportation
and entertainment

funding will be provided by

the Protected Human Tax
(see United States Tax Code)

natural and adoptive families
may apply for government support for:

housing
food
clothing
health care (physical, behavioral and spiritual)
education
transportation
and entertainment

Protected Human Amendment (PHA)

Goal:

insure that every Human lives
at or above the standard of living
of the average American citizen…

funding will be provided by

the Protected Human Tax
(see United States Tax Code)
