In Revelation
I once conceived of the notion
of the mind as a manorial, or -
a castle, on a promontory, jutting
into jagged seas of storms –
& seas of tranquility. Inside of this
structure were chambers and
hallways. I imagined that
each piece of poetry became
a painting, framed by space -
adorning the walls of this
place. And that which was
yet unwritten, remained
in an empty frame, pulsating
with the primal energies
of potential and possibility,
awaiting the revelation.
Then one day I discovered a
chamber that I was unaware
of, exquisitely architected in
some, other worldly design:
Burst fireplace
In
Fluctuations,
A
Tome
On a
Table
Frames
Of
Space
Pulsating sable
&
I am able
To
Begin
To
See you
&
Read you
In
Revelation.
