It is, to a degree. But I am definitely not a seamstress (or a couturier). If I find that it is beyond me, and It does not take much.....I drop and go to something less challenging for me. Regards, Robert. PS: I put the skirt stuff aside, went for Winter felt head coverings. Can't say tuques, because tuques are with knitting.
