creep
I stir on the energies, a misfit of doubt
I look to the sky and question
I'm told metaphors
parables of wisdom
but something doesn't fit
it's me I think...
a terrible twisted fate
I chose I think...
I would do it the same
wouldn't I?
I hurt among the sunflowers
I ache in the clouds
my sorrow colors the sky
I see it in black and white
it sees me fade back to the shadows
where I can be me
I am odd it seems
a perfect soul...hmm
that was never me
nor should it ever be
I'm all angles in a round world
lines and counterfeit feelings
I can act happy if that pleases you
but you'd know when you look in my eyes
I was lying to myself
