Sometimes it just disappears
As fast as it came
Melancholy days with no sun rays
Changing seasons given as reasons
Knowing that only self help
will work for me
It's been like this for years
But it'll be ok again
As nobody is to blame

Have you tried alcohol to mask the despair? I think Christmas will also help you rediscover that feelgood factor you've been missing. I'm listening to Leona Lewis' 'One More Sleep track. That might help!
