How do you tell people that you're sick?
How do you express how precarious your health is?
Please... How do you tell people your blood will kill you
A simple fall, laying down too long, a hard enough bump...
A single well placed punch and I'd be gone
How do you tell the people you haven't told anything
That you're so much more sick than you've let on
Just how do you reach out and tell them you need them...
