Sauna
We stripped off
any pretense;
tossed it in the pile
of our clothes.
In between kisses,
sometimes gasping,
we'd pour scandalous promises
into each other's ears.
And I'd watch them bubble over,
running like little beads of sweat
down her goose-bumped flesh;
I'd lick up what I could.
The room steamed up with moans.
She'd bite her lip,
trying in vain to curb
those dirty little words that tried to escape.
But I never caught the sweet lyrics
of her salacious ordeal.
Her thighs a safeguard
as they quivered splendidly by my ears.
Then I muffled her mouth;
Our tongues set to fencing.
Her eyes winced slightly
as she wrapped me in warm delicacy.
