Are We Revealed?
There is someone behind the creation
Someone with emotions
and unhealthy habits,
contradictions
and missteps
And yet that creation
can be whisked away
by the approval
and admiration
Even if only a figment of the truth,
not by design
but by perception
It can be so easy to run with it,
developing further
into the fiction
But does the disguise really hold up,
or has someone seen through it
and seen you?

This is a good write Mr. T. I wonder if this is not the goal...to really be seen. We are anonymous, as much as we need it. But deep in the depths of our sensitive souls, we all want to be seen. My question is, do you think you've said all you want to? Have you revealed all of yourself?

Thank you. I agree. We all crave a basic recognition on some level, but the anonymity protects those sensitive parts of ourselves - and most importantly the fears. In response to your question, I believe I've only scratched the surface. I still seem to be getting to know myself, so I think there is always more that could be revealed. Thank you for commenting.
