The struggle is real
I’ve got nothing to say
dealing with writers block
nope, no poem today
Eeek! why won’t the words come
I’m starting to become undone
26 days to go, where’s the fun?
contemplating getting up to run!
no I won’t go, I will stay
facing this challenge every day
including now, while I write this drool
wearing the face of a poetic fool
next year I’ll pick a theme
for now, victory is but a dream
I’ll be back tomorrow to try again
to see this challenge through to the end
lol no judgment please
I am but a humble Poetess you see

Lol it’s truly a struggle but it’s a very good lesson indeed. I wonder now if I could ever write full time .
Then again , stories are different to compose on many levels .. anyway it’s been a while hope you’re well and staying safe . Thanks for the visit👍🏻

You want to know why? Because I always felt if I had writer's block, that the best way to get back on track is to write my way through it! This was a funny, thoughtful, real, interesting WRITE.... You're doing fine... breathe, play your music and it'll come...
