In these arms here in the night
In this heart locked in my mind
Her beauty lights his life
Her eyes fill his dreams
Her voice echo's in his head
Love fills him up
Nourish's his soul
A lightness fills his days

Longing for her
His heart a lighthouse kept on
To find a way home

What a beautiful image....I love lighthouses and have visited a few. Your metaphoric use, slightly melancholic, mixed with passionate yearning, was just my kind of catnip.....

Your stanzas are simply amazing my poet and gifted words to soothe your soul. I have been meaning to ask you for some time now, do you still make music your priority, you disappeared for quite some time and I thought just maybe you were working in the studio..
