pure
slowly I climb the notes to be where you are
pure of heart, humbled
I feel the caress of waters
the quiet whispers of the wind
the tree guardians watch me climb
so tender of nature
so beautiful of heart
oh God, where art thou?
sitting among the heather
keening for loss
I weep for the moment
carefully I approach
I don't wish to disturb your reverie
sitting next to you my soul connects with yours
I instantly feel your pain
sighing within myself
I weep
I love you Father
the beauty of you amazes me
the truth of you honorable
I take you to my breast and give you succor
there is none like you
I will travel through eternity to be where you are
my thoughts and yours intertwined
every day a new revelation
