You need not worry yourself about not knowing how or not writing a poem before. A poem does not care about how it is written or how people may perceive it. A poem does not need to be pretty or rhyme or even look like a poem to be a poem. A poem is the free spirit of the mind and soul of the writer. A poem is the self reflection you see staring back at you when you look at your reflection and wonder what others perceive of you. A poem is your thoughts. Your nightmares. Your dreams. Your love. Your being. Need not to worry about others interpretations of what they read because they are never there when the true magic manifests itself from your inner most desires to the blank paper that is set before you. Their interpretations and the true meaning of your poem will always be at a stranglehold because your readers can never truly live in the mindset of you.. Food for thought. Create each poem with the same love and care that you have for yourself and express it with the utmost respect. Vice versa if you hate yourself and don't care about yourself.. This is how you create masterpieces.. I will be looking forward to reading more of your poems... Remember never doubt yourself. The only thing that matters in your poem is how you feel inside..
