To My *Beluved Soul*
We are all fighting thru life
One way or the other
I know it's not easy for you
Living without what you truly need
Each day being harder to get thru
Feeling unwanted and unluved,
If you search the depths of you're heart
You would see and know
That's not entirely true at all
You're always wondering
where you belong
Giving you're best
Yet feeling empty and exhausted
Getting nothing uplifting back
You know in your soul God is with you
Recent events were for a reason
Perhaps to open your eyes towards blessings you've ignored
Or maybe to unlock another's heart
Doubt of faith or being is the devils deception
Be cautious *Beluved Soul*
You're fighting against yourself within
Turning away from answers you've already been given
I can feel your thoughts
That life has abandoned you
Perhaps feeling God hasn't heard prayers
Reality might just be
You're not excepting the answers
Remember ~ along with God and many others ~ I luv ya, my *Beluved Self*

Hey Joe........He always answers my prayers........sometimes the answer is NO........usually NO for a reason to help me.........I believe in God and know He hears me........I’m glad you pray.........thank you for your graceful words........purple luv & hugs xo :)

Amen, Dear Flowergirl❣❣ Love the picture. I identify all to well with this poem. With both the hopeful and hopeless stanzas. This is my favorite passage because I know it is true,
"If you search the depths of you're heart
You would see and know
That's not entirely true at all"
And I know that try as I might to put distance between Him and me, I "...know in your soul God is with..." me.

I liked the inner struggle explored in this poem. For me it could read like a conversation between two friends or a conversation with oneself.
“ Recent events were for a reason
Perhaps to open your eyes towards blessings you've ignored
Or maybe to unlock another's heart” wonderfully phrased to explain why things didn’t turn out as hoped. Great insight with a lovely hopeful message. H🌷
