Having a woman for president, Is a thought worth pondering here today. However, could it really be that preposterous to imagine, somehow, I must admit, I would have to get used to that single concept. A gender based democracy, which has always been dominated by a male. Would the polices she tends to foster for the best of  the county... allow us to remain a great country. Mandated laws she will have to reach across both parties to get approval. Then to possibly have the debated in Congress Will a female elected president be deemed assertive for her maternal standpoint. Women, have a caring nature, as is considered the nurturer; how would that play into politics. If this country was to march into a war, would she lead with her warrior heart or stand down with her doleful mind. At the rate this country has been lead. I just might think pencil my own name when I cast my vote. A very nice poem.. keep writing as well
