When (my) Life Was Viable

 


when when when'when. (indeed) when
(      was it ?          )

May been some time after Hiroshima after Nagasaki.
          Nuclear
           fallout
on an Oct'51 conception.
~ nuclear fall'out ~ blown by wind-power    
                                     said I during
                               a quick flash of blindness.

The Earth      was still a'tremblin' six years later.
But I know of no one else having reported
                  a like'wise sensation.

A broken Heart.....A failing Heart.....A Heart damaged
                                                             (the result of a fall)
                                         ( the result of love )
                       ( unacknowledged )
          ( maybe latent, low'level,
      radiation)

( A "Life" gone - way too fast) ( and it pains heart'illy to
  have a child having gone before Gone Before gone before)

Four years descending the descent to immobility, inviability.

Remembering when life was a do-able type of thing.
