Image for the poem henna kissed sin

henna kissed sin's disaster

my daisy understanding bloom within my ragweed conscious
I was wild and free as the wind
unable to be captured
gentle sea breeze
quietly singing to the skies
open for me
 I implore the red sun

intimately, my henna craves his calligraphy on parched skin
brand the night and lay claim to me
midnight comes near for a closer look
I am enraptured keening inside my hollows for passion

writhing with energy
I cover my nakedness with the stars
wisdom scars my soul
bright red and dangerous

I succumb to the light's desire
 feed me fire
so I will burn
 perpetually turning in the atmosphere
with momentum crashing with my destiny
