What is normal?
Who can tell me, please?
Why it's not normal
To be like me
Who's to say I'm crazy
If I'm true to myself
You're the one who's locked
In your self made cell
Is my mind really lost
Because it's not like yours?
Do you think it makes me
Rotten to the core?
If you don't understand
What I'm talking about
Maybe you're the one
With the bulbs burnt out

I've always been told that I'm not normal and I never know how to take that or if it was meant in a good or bad way. I've decided to start taking it as a compliment.🙂

Normalcy ... a distant shore ... no one really achieves ... it just looks that way ... from a distance ... I do so know what you mean ... it is hard to talk to people about bipolar ... and addiction ... nice bold poeting ...
