But leave me with my dream girl and that’s you.

They can hurt or break every single bone of mine,
But leave me with my healing touch and that’s you.

They can drag me down to the lowest of standards,
But leave me with my pride and that’s you.

They can throw their unwanted hate at me,
But leave me with my love and that’s you.

They can steal away my written pieces and poems,
But leave me with a three letter word and that's "YOU"!
