first date is

getting darker
in a wood somewhere
known over the hills
driven low, shuddering

lovers kisses
silently knowing each other
fluidly forever
like brother, like sister,

a wind flows past and over the waters
(harperrig never felt so fresh)
when this gentle wind kissed
so hard

and the metal pier melted
leaving only us
with leaping trout
together
