Have they not lifted restrictions any, Paul? They have here; we are in phase II with businesses open ( observing social distancing of course ). The only thing we're not doing is allowing mass gatherings ( concerts, etc. ). I think that might be part of phase III, which, would be next Friday. However, cases have skyrocketed in NC since the lifting of restrictions. This was expected, of course, but our goal was to flatten the curve and get ahead of this virus to allow our hospitals and healthcare workers to prepare with needed supplies, etc.
We've done that and they're fully prepared for an outbreak now. I hope to God it's not a severe one.

when the lock down occurred we were in wales, and consequently had to stay here. england is opening up, but the welsh government isn't ready to, just yet. but hey, we have some great views !
