Therapy Session
Verbally expressing my problems has sent me into a spiral falling down the rabbit hole,
For so long I kept it inside like a heavy weight on my soul.
Hearing the words out loud really showed me just how intense my depression has got over the years,
I knew if I spoke of it out loud it would become real and that was one of my biggest fears.
Just another therapy session,
I shouldn’t hold onto things you would think that by now I would've learned my lesson.

It's about managing your fears more so than holding on. Of course you're gonna hold on, we all do that.
We hold on to regrets, resentment & other stuff.
