Time has faded my selfworth
I was born with self-worth and it quickly turned to doubt,
Trying to get it back has me overwhelmed and worn out.
I was born with motivation but now I make excuses,
From the lack of it an unfinished todo list is all it produces.
I was born with paitence and it quickly disipated,
I try to stay calm, but it only leaves me frustrated.

That was a beautiful coming to terms with your depression and who you are... Hang in there, Meganne. There's still a lot of good in the world as much as our emotions fail to let us see it sometimes. There is hope ❤️

I think there may be some typos sugah. Excuses* and frustrated.* In Buddhism, a child is born with freedom, grace, but without wisdom, as we gain wisdom, we become trapped and soiled by negative experiences, you strive to regain your freedom and grace, but with the wisdom of experience and perspective. Surely you're on that path, self examination is awareness. Awareness immediately begins to dispel unconscious or unawareness. 💖 Your write feels candid and from a deep, vulnerable place. That always resonates with the reader.
