It was something we all laughed about😅
Took it as it came 🌚
Neva to be made an issue off😎
But👀
Little did we KNOW that it was going to be something to muse over
Then there came quarantine.
Schools closed,
Church closed,
Public gatherings too.
& then it began to dawn on us😒

COVID PLACES 🌝❣️🌚

Chaos everywhere
Social distancing they termed it
No kisses we were told
Hug's became a death row
Visiting then became weapons state
Rising up to fight then became a lazy chore.
Promising & forgiving became the order of the day..

As always we Poets were left to sit & write our pens away
& that we did & do

Survival of the fittest I call it.
Quarantine with lockdown brought about a different living.
