must meet

NaPoWriMo entry #5. Haiku and senryu are my favorite writing forms, so writing a fifty word poem is truly a challenge.

Each day i write to meet the criteria and stay within the rules
i think to myself, " aaargh!! This is crap! But i gotta submit something!! "

the struggle is real
for all of us so involved
and following rules
to ensure we have
met the criteria and
avoid being left -
- i think the automatic, cuckoo writing is supposed to be part of the process to becoming more fluid but at the rate my brain is melting...

You are right fifty words are hard to write unless something to say or get off chest. Keep on writing.
