nine fifteen
au revoir
to light of painted day
strong enough
if one could only say
we can't say
no we can't say
so we sing in notes and keys
of love and life and liberty
broken trains
_of thought
those we need
and those we sought
after
and after, the storm
where unicorns gallop
amongst moisten fields
where we feel
when we go down
where we rise up
and up, and up
the wonder,
we wander and we daze
the sun amid the haze
au revoir
to the moon
the dark
too soon
living thru another afternoon
embraced
her winds
winding across my face
wafts of apple plum
I water and I'm done
outstretched and open
chapters turn
I don't run
your match ignites
I burn
from the outside moving in
smoke kissing the sky
your beauty bending ever near
the mockingbirds take flight
all does disappear
to light of painted day
strong enough
if one could only say
we can't say
no we can't say
so we sing in notes and keys
of love and life and liberty
broken trains
_of thought
those we need
and those we sought
after
and after, the storm
where unicorns gallop
amongst moisten fields
where we feel
when we go down
where we rise up
and up, and up
the wonder,

the sun amid the haze
au revoir
to the moon

too soon
living thru another afternoon
embraced
her winds
winding across my face
wafts of apple plum
I water and I'm done
outstretched and open
