I'm mostly antisocial anyway
So social distancing is a welcome relief

Shit's getting weird out there. Makes me kinda wish I could work from home. My mother's senior facility put them all into lockdown. 2 days so far and she's climbing walls. Better safe than sorry though...

Fever is probably the biggest driver of this pandemic. I remember when I worked at inside jobs before I went on the road the heroes that came to work sick made everyone else sick. It ain’t a free country when ones frigging germs are invading others. The virus isn’t political, it’s just a part of life and death.

On one level this poem is completely wrong based on the times we're in. But on another level it retains the way of life I've always known and written about .... So it stays, just to have the comfort of what was ....
