I cannot imagine another love such as this, one which exposes the true version of myself, unfiltered. All things connect when we're together, like the stars we align, and you shine the brightest. My north star, my every day, you kill the pain, it fades away. I hear you in songs and the lyrics wrap around me like your arms do at night. You kiss my neck and I forget my own name; after all this time you still have that effect on me. Our love is out of this world and it's not ready for us. Some people are in stuck relationships, while we make each other grow. Some are in toxic relationships and ours is the sweetest poison without fatality. Some are in one-sided relationships, and ours is balanced perfectly. I recall when this love was just out of reach, lingering two plus hours north. Migrating to you was easy because my heart was the first to arrive. Maybe we don't need to understand how deep our love goes, but how high it can take us.
