Writing About Writing

I like to write about writing and poetry
Maybe it's because I love words
And I love the physical act of writing
Maybe I'm just indecisive and can never pick a topic to write about
Or maybe I'm not that good of a poet
But I enjoy writing wherever my mind takes me
Even though it always finds it's way back to this
Writing about writing
Confusing, I know
I often dwell on if anyone would understand what I wrote
And if I should add more or add less
My mind is constantly running with thousands of questions and thoughts
Now that I think about it
I think I like to confuse myself on purpose
Only then, do I seem to find the right words that I need
Or maybe I'm just insane
