*btw: I showed these lyrics to someone (a long time ago) who used to be close to me before and he didn’t like them very much. So this is my ‘fuck you’ to him cause I don’t care what he thinks anymore. This song has always had meaning to me even if the lyrics seemed pretty cliché to him and perhaps many others. But it’s not like he’d understand that the same song can have many equally valid meanings to different people. His view is almost always is never going to be the only right or correct one.
