Ready to smile
For a new day
Ready to go the extra way
To search for what I'm living for
Walking along through life
My steps growing smaller,heavier
Without inspiration to
Hold onto
I climb ladders of knowledge
To search for
Meaning
That falls into
Loose forms
Daily affirmations
Drip
Into my mind
To numb it
With meanings of consciousness
