I write
And you know my words
You feel their touch upon your heart
You know them well
For your heart has drawn them forth

Soft moonlight through the pines which lingers
Sunrise spreading on the waters

For if you could not be all I imagined you'd be more for you are real
With depths I can't conceive
But in whose still waters I would swim
If only once
That I might drown within your depths
 
Whisper to me secrets that I cannot know
And my lips shall answer kisses
For that is what I know
The longing for your lips on mine
To keep the secret of your words
 
I hunger for you - as if that begins to tell the need which you inspire
There's an emptiness I never knew
Existed until you
And can't be filled unless you do
Or without you be forgotten
 
A thousand kisses I have dreamt of, each which bares your name
For I would know your taste
Your touch
Your warmth against my skin
