I tend to take my leave of stressful situations and people for that very reason. Even if it's to a ladies room stall to meditate if need be. LOL!

I was inspired to write this, because I'm close to a young man who frequently vents his stress with fits of anger. Like all of us, he gets frustrated with daily challenges, such as traffic jams and telephone robots. But as I tried to explain to him, in a world of 8 billion people, we need be cognitive of how expressing our stress affects others.
To that he queried what I thought might be the solution to this world wide dilemma.
My answer; "family planning on a global scale. Now grab some condoms and run along and play."

Animals can sense our emotions. My son's dog helps him soothe and relax when he's having a bad day.
