Greater Heights
Jumping, skipping up cliffs,
scuffing shoes
Dodging crumbling pieces,
tumbling rolling rock
Cold breezes blowing at me
High elevations
Winds smacking my face
Yearning for your company
Taking me to greater heights
Of awareness
Striking my new elevated pose
Enjoying the natural high
Of fresh air
Opening my senses
Birds gently gliding
Surround us
Their eyes scan for prey
They see our bodies holding eachother
Caressing eachother tight
Bliss is what our love can encompass
Bliss is for what reason our love
Can celebrate
We are but small to a bird
In its graceful flight
But large is our soul in its room
To consume love
In its capacity to feel
scuffing shoes
Dodging crumbling pieces,
tumbling rolling rock
Cold breezes blowing at me
High elevations
Winds smacking my face
Yearning for your company
Taking me to greater heights
Of awareness
Striking my new elevated pose
Enjoying the natural high
Of fresh air
Opening my senses
Birds gently gliding
Surround us
Their eyes scan for prey
They see our bodies holding eachother
Caressing eachother tight
Bliss is what our love can encompass
Bliss is for what reason our love
Can celebrate
We are but small to a bird
In its graceful flight
But large is our soul in its room
To consume love
In its capacity to feel
