Hidden behind a false light
Sinister shadows dwell
Whispers on an icy breeze
Sharpen their focus
Cries from a broken heart
Painful reflections of a tortured soul
Red raw emotions bleeding
Amongst the cackling of laughing witches
Artificial smiles automated gestures
Harbouring vicious thoughts
A descending darkness
Feeding the simmering fear
Purity twisted beauty tainted
A bitter taste now left
The rotten flesh of life
No comfort in the frenzy of insanity
The kill switch exposed
Twitching fingers hovering
A dysfunctional hazard
Waiting to explode

I had that very feeling when I joined, still do sometimes, just write from your heart and if you think it’s worthy in your own mind then it’s worthy for the world
