The one to groom

The her of fantasies
Rich and free
Fulfilling deepseatedness
Hidden desires
Of longings
The head only knows
And only knows why
My need to be her
Overwhelming my person
Of days
That will never be
That can't be
And was not to be
So, then...
How to live within the bounds
Of age and dimension
Of the here and now
It seems fantasies
May be safer mode to be
Bringing past to present
Ever so painful
It can be to dwell
On can never be
Of where I want to be
Woulda been
Shoulda been

Author's Note
Time is and was on my side. My older version, says time is short and brings about a sense of urgency. My younger version is lulled by a sense of waste, of peeling away the onion, trying to find me. Now that I am me was it meant to be?

Do You paint? If not, not to late to learn as i've found that painting is a great way to release feelings like these so as to not hang on (with emotional attachments) to the past, too long.

Yes i would like to paint. I'm always doing something. Not sure how I would express myself through the medium of painting. I like to make designs and I like painting what I call folk art of sorts.

Oh I don't just talk, I do all kinds if things. Been rehabbing my home, a work of art and design. The major things are done but lots of little things. Loved putting colors together and design with major repurposing in mind.
Next is camper. Gutted, had to completely redo flooring including the subfloor.
Getting ready to design tshirts. Got domains domains gaiatshirts.com, gaiateeshirts.com and gaiat-shirts.com. we are going to be making political statements about upcoming elections, climate change, metoo movement, civil rights and other such shit. You know, Extinction Rebellion never in a million years thought I would hear something like that coming out.
Anyway, got more stuff going on, and now my newest hobby, poetry and the reading thereof as well as my interpretation of it.

You are gold my dear Naajir. Was very happy to know you read my poems. I have the utmost respect for your works of poetry and garnering your respect is like a quil in my poetry hat.
Even at my ripened age, trying to decipher and attach a name to my feelings are thought processes that weaves itself through the ambiguity of time making relentless demands on my psyche. Trying to rewrite narratives or to stop myself are difficult, often seemingly near impossible to implement, let alone let it be.
