Thief
You brought joy form the start
And made loneliness depart
Frolic and bliss I took part
Then you stole my heart
I’ve been rewarded every desire
Held my head like a lord or sire
Given more than I required
Just to put down my fire
You’ve taught me courage at will
Been a long time I felt the thrill
And shown me kindness still
Until you stole my zeal
We triumphed among mankind
Forged our vow on old shrine
You believed it was design
To imprisoned my mind
Foolishly agreed to every flight
Amidst chaos and such fright
Blinded by your bright light
And you stole my sight
Through a world barren of hate
I was ordered to stay and wait
You reckoned it was too late
When you robbed my faith
Guide me through endless night
Let me shine and hold me tight
All the tears will be wiped
Even you stole my life
And made loneliness depart
Frolic and bliss I took part
Then you stole my heart
I’ve been rewarded every desire
Held my head like a lord or sire
Given more than I required
Just to put down my fire
You’ve taught me courage at will
Been a long time I felt the thrill
And shown me kindness still
Until you stole my zeal
We triumphed among mankind
Forged our vow on old shrine
You believed it was design
To imprisoned my mind
Foolishly agreed to every flight
Amidst chaos and such fright
Blinded by your bright light
And you stole my sight
Through a world barren of hate
I was ordered to stay and wait
You reckoned it was too late
When you robbed my faith
Guide me through endless night
Let me shine and hold me tight
All the tears will be wiped
Even you stole my life
