Dark dimension pt.2
isolation blues..
an overflow of
forlorn feelings..
depressed destinations,
no hesitation
in the blink of an eye
sucked into the world of
worry and wonder
so deep and wide
with no place to hide,
no one to confide in,
no way to tell
what's true and what's false,
what's real and what's phony,
what's alone and what's lonely.
So, am I the only one
who feels shunned
beneath the burning sun?
so pessimistic and bummed
mind coming undone,
emotions unraveling unpredictably
ultimately due to this internal tension.
Deep in this dark dimension..

I used to feel I didn't belong here, but then realized I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be in this human experience. Unfortunately, the illusion of separation is a human veil that must also be experienced fully. Or, let's be honest, there would be nothing to learn if we already knew it all.

I hear you Hunter. I think we move through these natural oscillations, a dark night of the soul, a dawning and awakening. I think we feel down before the transformation, slumbering in a chrysalis. I've found agony is also a blessing for it brings transformation. 🙏

I've always felt that the only way to feel a sense of "belonging" was to either conform to societal demands or stand apart with all your individuality & strength. I prefer the latter. I connect with nature & the rare souls I come across. Perhaps that's the same for you?

Feelings of internal tensions i'm sure we can all relate to or with at one time or another... And yes, it is a dark place. I'm glad you made it back to us for the share...Aloha!
